Pilates Mat Training
Complementary to Nutrition, learning to move and strengthen from your core is supportive to the body as a whole. Practicing weight-bearing exercise is supportive of the muscular skeletal system, as well as learning breath work that is both cleansing, strengthening, and calming. Pilates can be beneficial at any age.
